really knows her stuff. She has on multiple times helped me
re-build my computers remotely with out even being able to
see what she was helping me with. She is very patient, and
even though I am an Advanced Level Service Technician she always
gives responses on a level that anyone can understand. I would
recommend AASTEK Computers to anyone!

Alice/Astek
carefully listened to the problems I was having with my system.
She/they diagnosed what was causing them and presented various
short term and long term solutions and options for getting
it "healthy" again. She/they also presented me with
several possible looks or design features based on my personal
preferences for default settings. She/they quoted me a price
and promptly delivered my system back to me with the promised
changes and updates. Alice/they then went a step further and
proceeded to hook everything up and answered any and all questions
I had about my hardware and software packages and suggested
/ downloaded some useful sites for virus protections and updates.
She even customized my screen saver and audio signals based
on my personal interests! My computer has been user-friendly
and trouble-free since it was delivered back to me three months
ago and Alice/Astek has always promptly replied back to all
my e-mail inquiries about my system. OHIO |

have used Alice for most all of my computer needs. Most software
issues I can handle myself but when one arises that I can not
handle she has never been wrong and has always been able to
give me the answer to my questions.She has solved NUMEROUS
hardware problems I have had. Alice truly knows her field on
both sides of computers software and hardware. She gives sound
advice at a reasonable price you can not go wrong having her

In
August 2000 I returned to Owens
Community College to finish my degree in Microcomputer
Business Systems. My first day back I was given a job in the
Common Computer Lab. After my skills were known I was sent
to work in the Audio Visual Classroom Center where I maintained
the computers in two labs alone. It was quite an honor for
me to be treated so well. Thank you Raymond C!
They have a lot of wonderful and intelligent people working at Owens. Working there was so much fun something you can not say about most jobs. I have many wonderful friends from Owens. I an eternally grateful to Raymond for recommending me. |
