I have used Alice for most all of my computer needs. Most software issues I can handle myself but when one arises that I can not handle she has never been wrong and has always been able to give me the answer to my questions.She has solved NUMEROUS hardware problems I have had. Alice truly knows her field on both sides of computers software and hardware. She gives sound advice at a reasonable price you can not go wrong having her take care of your computer needs.

I have made many friends and business associates working as a computer technician. I could not make a web page without acknowledging these sites. There are many good people working at these hospitals in all departments.

In August 2000 I returned to Owens Community College to finish my degree in Microcomputer Business Systems. My first day back I was given a job in the Common Computer Lab. After my skills were known I was sent to work in the Audio Visual Classroom Center where I maintained the computers in two labs alone. It was quite an honor for me to be treated so well.
